IRC ZRH members are permitted to use the facilities in the main building. The changing rooms, showers and lockers are located in the basement.

The usage of the track during this slot is not permitted.

The IRC ZRH has exclusive access to the Sihlhölzli track from 08:00 - 09:15.

On top of the track session, we offer second slot for our members who focus on the road from 09:30 - 11:30. The usage of the track during this slot is not permitted.
