Levels

We offer three different training groups that are tailored to the goals & needs of our athletes and independent of the respective level of fitness or previous running experience. Regardless of what training group appeals to you, we make sure to train as one group whenever possible to support the collective in reaching new heights!

IRC ZRH uses TrainingPeaks as its primary training platform. It allows us to fine tune plans and sessions to the individual levels and to communicate with our members on a personal basis.

Competition

Are you preparing for a specific race? Maybe you signed up for marathon, a 10K or a trail race? The Competition Group is the right place for you! We offer training plans tailored to your main event and current level of fitness. Our coaches guide you through the different phases with individualised feedback, tips & tricks.

Performance

Do you want to improve your endurance and general fitness without having a specific goal in mind? The Performance Group has you covered! Members of this group have access to standardized training plans curated by our coaches as well as to periodically scheduled time trials with the goal to assess your progress.

Community

Simply want to join our social events, connect with like-minded people and drop into the occasional club training? The Community Group is your home! You don’t have to follow any training plan and are free to experience the fun & vibes by joining whenever it suits your schedule.
